Delivery Information

At Valour England, we strive to offer our customers flexible and reliable delivery options. Currently, we deliver to the UK and select EU countries. Delivery costs and times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the size of the parcel.

Valour England Delivery & Returns Policy

1. Standard Delivery (UK & EU)
    • UK Delivery: Estimated 3-5 business days.
    • EU Delivery: Estimated 5-7 business days.
    • Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and destination.
3. Next Day Delivery (UK only)
    • Available for orders placed before 12 PM (UK time).
    • Delivery costs will vary depending on parcel size and courier availability.

2. Express Delivery (EU only)
    • Estimated 1-3 business days depending on location.
    • Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on parcel size and courier options.

Couriers & Tracking

We work with a range of trusted delivery providers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
 
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing (for EU deliveries).

Returns Policy

Thank you for your order! We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns 

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
